Yes, We require the payment of the deposit at the time of the reservation. The deposit is one month’s rent. Is for ensuring that both the terms & conditions of your contract have been adhered to, and that the room is in the same great condition as when you first moved in.
Rest assured that if you’ve maintained the property well and followed the agreed-upon terms, your deposit will be promptly returned within the timeframe. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Typically, the deposit refund takes place within 15 to 30 days from your move-out date.

Yes, If you find yourself needing a longer stay, we’re here to help! Contract extension is subject to availability. Depending on the situation, we can either extend your current contract or explore other possible options.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI fiber optic connection. There is a router in the apartment. The router has to be connected and operational all the time. In case there is no internet connection please check that the router device has all connections correctly connected. If it still does not work please report the problem.
Please make proper use of gas, water and electricity. The apartment lights must be turned off when leaving the apartment. In case of incidents, please contact us. We will send help as soon as possible.
1- Prepare the contract once we have received your documents
2- Sign the contract in remote: read and sign the lease, accepting the rules of the accommodation
3- Payment first month and deposit (1 month) by bank transfer (Banco Santander)
4- Send the signed contract and proof of payment by email: info@roomsvalencia.org
5- Once we received the payment we will confirm the room is reserved for you
*If the requested documentation is not received within 24 hours, the room will remain available for other guests.
