Reservation process

Beautiful homes are meant to be shared. All-inclusive rooms and awesomeness.

DOCUMENTS:

• Scan Passport & official European identification (ID and Passport) for Identity Verification
• A recent photo of yourself (clear face) selfie
• Official document accrediting the studies to be carried out

BOOKING PROCESS:

• Sending documentation by email 📩 info@roomsvalencia.org
• Preparation of the rental contract
• Signing of the rental contract: read and sign the lease, accepting the rules of the accommodation
• Payment by bank transfer of the first month and deposit
• Once we receive the payment: Your room is reserved ✅

If the requested documentation is not received within 24 hours, the room will remain available for other students.
