Which kind of room would I choose?
- 1- Small single room with double bed (price 390 to 415 EUR)
- 2- Extra single Room and sofa (price 460 EUR)
- 3- Double room for single use (price 475 to 495 EUR)
- 4- Double room for single use and balcony (price 500 EUR)
- 5- Suite room with private bathroom (price 625 to 640 EUR)
*Price per month + 50 EUR bills. Utilities include electricity, water, gas for hot water, internet WIFI and cleaning service once per week for common areas. Your own storage numered for food and space in fridge numered too. Your room have own key lock.
How long is the contract for?
- 1- From 1st September to end of January
- 2- From 1st September to end of June
- 3- From 1st February to end of June
- 4- From 1st July to end of August
*We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of entire months, please get in touch with us for information on availability.
Who will my flatmates be?

Can I book a room rental abroad as a foreigner?
Absolutely! At RoomsValencia, we’re expat-friendly and encourage foreigners to live abroad. The entire pre-booking process can be handled remotely, so your stay can be waiting for you upon arrival.
Can I speak to someone who can help me with my booking?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in booking with us and you need some extra information about our apartments, our team is ready to help you. Please contact info@roomsvalencia.org or whatsapp indicating your name, email address and phone number. Tell us where and when you are planning to move and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Can friends or family members come to stay with me?
Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the rooms without prior permission from the management.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, We require the payment of the deposit at the time of the reservation. The deposit is one month’s rent. Is for ensuring that both the terms & conditions of your contract have been adhered to, and that the room is in the same great condition as when you first moved in.
Rest assured that if you’ve maintained the property well and followed the agreed-upon terms, your deposit will be promptly returned within the timeframe. Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Typically, the deposit refund takes place within 15 to 30 days from your move-out date.
Which documents are required for booking a room?
- 1- Identity Verification: Scanned copy of Passport and ID document
- 2- A recent photo of yourself (clear face) selfie
- 3- Document proof of your study in University
- 4- Whatsapp contact and email
- 5- Reservation form filled

Next steps:
- 1- Prepare the contract once we have received your documents
- 2- Sign the contract in remote: read and sign the lease, accepting the rules of the accommodation
- 3- Payment first month and deposit (1 month) by bank transfer (Banco Santander)
- 4- Send the signed contract and proof of payment by email: info@roomsvalencia.org
- 5- Once we received the payment we will confirm the room is reserved for you
*If the requested documentation is not received within 24 hours, the room will remain available for other students.

Can I extend my contract length?
Yes, If you find yourself needing a longer stay, we’re here to help! Contract extension is subject to availability. Depending on the situation, we can either extend your current contract or explore other possible options.
Do we have privacy in the apartment?
All residents have their private bedrooms within the home. Residents share common areas respectfully.
Internet, water, electricity and gas
The apartment is equipped with WIFI fiber optic connection. There is a router in the apartment. The router has to be connected and operational all the time. In case there is no internet connection please check that the router device has all connections correctly connected. If it still does not work please report the problem.
Please make proper use of gas, water and electricity. The apartment lights must be turned off when leaving the apartment. In case of incidents, please contact us. We will send help as soon as possible.
