Sustainability
The RoomsValencia Commitment is grounded in our commitment to students.
We take our responsibility as a company seriously, and we know this work will always be in front of us.
We know we have a long way to go. Ultimately, we need to be confident that we’ve done everything we can.
Our Sustainability Goals
By 2025: Ensure every furniture and decoration has the longest life possible—so it can be passed on to another student.
By 2030: 90% of the materials used in our apartments and rooms are made from renewable, biobased, or recycled materials that are verified by third parties where possible.
By 2035: Achieve net zero carbon in every possible part of our supply chain.
Ongoing: Inspire others to join us in asking questions, learning, and taking action.
What that Means:
We’re asking a lot of questions—and learning so much—as we make these commitments. “Living sustainably” can feel overwhelming. Yet we know that with the right research, experts, and positive approach, we can make incredible progress—and inspire our community and industry in the process.
